A Better Way Health Center describes itself as a preventative health care center. There are a couple of dieticians and one doctor that runs this office. Everything about this place is outdated and I think it's to save costs since it's located in the Southdale Center in Edina. I just imagine that the rent is expensive.
When you first enter, you are seated at an outdated computer to answer questions about your diet and exercise habits within the last 7 days. After you complete this questionnaire, you chat with a dietician and she weighs you, takes your blood pressure, and pulse rate. Then the dietitian will offer advice based on your needs and challenges. It's all pretty generic and sometimes can make one feel as if this is a sketchy service being provided.
After speaking with the dietitian, then each patient speaks with the doctor and he will prescribe you a month's supply of phentermine and schedule your follow-up appointment.
The entire appointment takes less than 30 minutes and a months supply of medicine will run you under $100. This office does not accept credit cards; cash or check only. In addition, they do not accept insurance and the service is by appointment only, however, I am sure they will not turn away any walk-ins.
The office is located on the first floor of the building and has plenty of free parking spaces in the private lot. There are also spaces reserved for 2-hour parking.

Success--Finally, after 14 years of excess fat... Obese no more...for life! Thru this timely help of phentermine,-- under a doctors care, --and stopping ALL WHEAT products-- and GMO carbo-loaded foods, + daily exercise of 45 minutes as my new lifestyle, my body is FINALLY RESTORED TO BEAUTIFUL HEATHY NORMAL WEIGHT AGAIN! :-))
This is a timely, and great help in returning to normal weight. It alone helped me to lose 75 pounds in a year. No surgery or fighting hard to ignore those pesky overwhelming "eat-now!" impulses...
---phentermine helps.
It is only a helper to lose the massive obesity weight, and step you down into a more normal weight. It is an appetite suppressant that truly will work, no B.S., and it requires you to play your part to reduce food intake and cut all carbs for the time you need to use weight.
However....
It cannot do your work-out for you...-you alone must "change" what and when you eat to achieve weight loss, but this system CAN help. Please be sure to be quite honest, and direct with the doctor, -and have him downward adjust your pill's dosage if needed, --like I had to do...the prescription is easily modified to accommodate your own bodies natural tolerances.
Everybody's body is different...we each have differing tolerances to pills like this. Luckily, I had a sensitive body and can get success with a 1/2 dose in the morning, --and l maybe if needed, a 1/2 pill at night to prevent nighttime food cravings as I continue to drop weight down to normal levels again.
The less you need, the less side-effects you will get.
All in all, I'd rather recommend this treatment to lose obesity weight rather than something permanently drastic like...cutting stomachs open from gastric-band/lap band surgery....leading to permanent scars and which also, feature NO guarenteed "appetite-controlling" method.
This WORKS. I am grateful.
Thank you ABETTERWAY health centers and Dr. Nelson!
